Hi, we’re Luisa and Ariana —friends and colleagues who get overly excited about breaking rules and building businesses that move humanity forward.
Over the past decade, we’ve been building successful businesses with roots grounded in deeper relationships, audacious well-being, social impact, and a dedication to spaciousness.
We believe in a future of business that focuses on community growth, collective leadership, consuming less, and turning inward for answers. All while growing financially sustainable and solvent companies creating economic freedom for every member of the team.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Luisa
I’m a serial entrepreneur, philosophy major turned accounting agency CEO with a desire to change lives by providing financial services for women business owners with big ambitions. I am also a mother, a first-generation trailblazer, and a mix of races that there are never enough checkboxes for. I’m a leading-edge creator of the reality I most want to live, seeking connection with those who see beyond what is.
Ariana
I am the co-founder and managing partner of a boutique brand design studio, a queer single mom of two, and a creative leader dedicated to economic equity and access through a post-capitalist business development lens. Over the years, my coaching and facilitator skills have supported countless values-driven businesses to grow by transforming big ideas into honest visual brand stories grounded in an intentional path forward.
