WHO WE ARE
Hi, we’re Luisa and Ariana —friends and colleagues who get overly excited about breaking rules and building businesses that move humanity forward.
Over the past decade, we've been building businesses rooted in deeper relationships, collective care, and a commitment to doing things differently. Kindredly grew out of that — a community we needed ourselves and couldn't find anywhere else.
We believe business can be a force for good without burning people out. That financial sustainability and human sustainability aren't in conflict. That the most meaningful growth happens in community, not in isolation.
Kindredly is where we practice all of that, together.
We know the most dramatic change happens in community, so we’re cultivating a co-created network of values-driven business innovators who want to be on the leading edge of this evolution in how we work.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Luisa
I’m a serial entrepreneur, philosophy major turned accounting agency CEO with a desire to change lives by providing financial services for women business owners with big ambitions. I am also a mother, a first-generation trailblazer, and a mix of races that there are never enough checkboxes for. I’m a leading-edge creator of the reality I most want to live, seeking connection with those who see beyond what is.
Ariana
I am the co-founder and managing partner of a boutique brand design studio, a queer single mom of two, and a creative leader dedicated to economic equity and access through a post-capitalist business development lens. Over the years, my coaching and facilitator skills have supported countless values-driven businesses to grow by transforming big ideas into honest visual brand stories grounded in an intentional path forward.
